Challenge:
Wally Pérez, a well-known real estate agent from downtown Santo Domingo was in need of creating its online community. Worked algonside him crafting the initial structure for his blog and social media content. Today, WallyPerez.net is one of the many sources for Dominicans abroad to learn and invest in condos and luxury properties on the biggest city in the Caribbean.
Outcome:
• Fully operational blog with content structure with dedicated sections around condos, commercial properties and top rated neighborhoods in Santo Domingo

Building a cigar brand presence for those who ‘enjoy the ride’
Steel Horse Cigar
Challenge:
A passion for bikes and cigars being traslated to a successful business is a challenge that requires discipline, taking risks and setting sales standards and procedures on all sides. My role with this company was organizing the whole sales, marketing and operations. Worked along the CEO to establish Steel Horse Cigar as a brand focused exclusively for bike riders, truckers and those who enjoy outdoors, worlwide.
Outcome:
• Fully operational company with corporate and invididual customers generating 6 figure sales across all its divisions.
• Digital presence established with social media and website channels developed.

Helping restaurants with their payments in a different way.
Point Payments
Challenge:
An emerging fintech in the DR had the opportunity to reach to restaurants and customers to persuade them on using a different way of digital payment using QR Codes. My role as a Business Developer was on building a game plan to connect these stakeholders and build a sustainable digital payments company:
- Closed deals with more than 50 restaurants and 10 convenience stores in the North Region of the Dominican Republic with a dedicated sales team.
- Built the initial sales and operations team; responsible for customer support and feedback among stakeholders (software developers, main owners, customers)
Outcome:
• Built one of the first QR operating payment systems in the Dominican Republic, fully dedicated to restaurants and small businesses.
• Established key partnerships with franchises such as drugstores and fast food chains with a 1 step installation process.

Creating the best content dedicated to sport fans of a whole country.
Digital 15 + Sports
Challenge:
TV channels in the Dominican Republic were experimenting with providing original social media content during live sport broadcasts to fans all over the country. During the early 2010’s, Digital 15 was the official broadcaster for major events like MLB, Pan-American Games, FIBA AmeriCup and Olympic Games until 2020.
Outcome:
• Digital presence established with social media and website channels developed.
• Live scores and dedicated original distribuited to more than 1.9 million accounts in Facebook and 18K fans between Twitter and Instagram.
